Sol Pastries:
We produce a range of deliciously different individual cakes & pastries that are available in our Sol stores including the, ever popular, Sourdough Croissants, Pain Au Chocolat & Almond Croissants.

We have also strived to produce a range that encompasses the varied dietary requirements of our many customers & have included items that are Vegan, Wheat free & Gluten free.

Sol Pasta:
Sol has a growing range of both dry & frozen pastas.
Dry pastas include both Wheat free & Gluten free varieties.

Frozen pastas (Available in Brisbane Stores only) include Ravioli, Cannelloni & Lasagne with terrific sauces to mix & match with your favourite pasta.

We also offer frozen Gluten-free pizza bases.

Fruit Swirl:
These guys were our first excursion away from loaves when we opened our first tiny little store at the side of our original bakery in West End & are now a bit of a Sol Icon.

The same dough as our fruit boule with the addition of a super plum preserve in the swirl. Many people call them breakfast!

Vege Swirl:
From memory these were the second excursion outside loaves for our store. Using our Pumpkin dough as the base, we fill them with rocket, tomato & fetta.
