We do not offer the option of collecting the product yourself.

If somebody is not at home to receive the carton, and you have not left specific instructions where to leave it, the courier will leave a card and take your bread to the nearest post office. As a perishable product it is ideal that you give specific instructions on your order to leave the bread in a cool, dry place.

Dispatch schedule

Our dispatch schedule is designed to ensure delivery before the weekend.

Online orders for 6 loaves are dispatched via Express Post on Mondays for delivery the next day in most areas of Australia. (However we only ship Gluten Free Fruit Loaves on Mondays.)

Online orders for 10 loaves or more are dispatched via Parcel Post on Mondays to arrive around 3 days later.

Orders must be received by 8:30am on Sunday for a Tuesday/Wednesday delivery.

Delivery fee

Our shipping options are entirely determined by Australia Post’s offerings, which vary according to the weight of the package.

  • Order 6 loaves (any combination) and we will ship them OVERNIGHT via Express Post to most areas of Australia for $10;  this is the recommended option.
  • Order 10 or more loaves (any combination) and delivery via Parcel Post is free, but your bread will be in transit for up to 3 days depending on where you live. We do not recommend this option as the period in transit can affect the quality of the product.

The website will sort out the freight for you based on the number of loaves in your shopping cart. You will need to tick the ‘select freight’ option to be able to proceed to the checkout.
