The new Sol Fruit Loaf has been carefully crafted using a range of dried fruit complimenting each other: Sultanas, Figs and Dates. Poppy Seeds are sprinkled on top to give it a nice dark appearance along with a crunchy, nutty taste. Enjoy a slice for breakfast or afternoon tea, toasted with a small dollop of butter.

Sol Breads is inspired by and dedicated to the timeless methods of sourdough bread making, using the finest quality organic ingredients. Free from commercial yeast, this loaf is hand crafted and risen using only natural fermentation techniques.
