This bread is ideal for breakfast, sandwiches or toasted. Not only is this loaf gluten free, it is does not contain commercial yeast, dairy, soy and emulsifiers.

    I’ve been buying this bread for many years. It tastes great and I have never had a reaction to it, unlike with other brands. Please don’t ever change the recipe as its absolutely perfect as is.

    I too have been buying this bread now for years. It is the only gluten & yeast free bread I’ve found that I not only don’t react to, but is DELICIOUS! I eat it daily – toasted, and savour it’s delightful taste and texture every single time. It’s also really filling.

    So glad I no longer need to make my own bread. I toast two slices in the morning before work, and then eat 1/2 slice with my lunch and tea & a full slice in the evening. Still tastes fab as cold toast. I do love eating it warm though and will sometimes reheat it on the lowest toaster setting before eating. I absolutely love it!
