We are excited that our quality organic baked products are now available in the Asia Pacific Region, initially South Korea and Japan.
Sol Breads is a key supplier of organic artisan bread which is recognised as the fastest growing sector within the baked bread market. Our new emphasis is to trade with leading Asia-Pacific markets, and in doing so become the a key global provider of specialist bread. As bread in the Pacific region continues its evolution from sliced tin loaf to European artisan styles, we are experiencing increasing demand.
Our international products are supplied frozen and unsliced. They are not currently available for online ordering.
The Sol Breads Story
Sol Breads Organic Bakery was formed in 1998 by a small group of bread enthusiasts with the purpose of baking bread in the tradition of a true artisan. The bakery started in a backyard garage dedicated to producing healthy, nutritious, naturally leavened organic sourdough as well as gluten free breads.
Sol’s range of breads has a strong emphasis on wholefood ingredients, without the use of chemical or other additives and agents, or the encouragement of farming techniques which degrade the environment.
We have maintained our dedication in achieving these ideologies and in doing so we will stay true to supply only the best boutique products promoting health and clean eating.
Sol Breads Bakery has matured into successful cafés in West End and recently launched a café/bar/pizzeria in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane Australia. When you visit Queensland Australia make sure to come and say hi to the friendly team at Sol.
Sol Breads is a certified organic supplier. Organic refers to the way agricultural products, includes foods and fibres such as cotton, are grown and processed. Organic foods are minimally processed to maintain the integrity of the foods without artificial ingredients, preservatives or irradiation.
